Whether it was assisting with our requests or offering excellent local recommendations, they made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel itself was spotless, with modern amenities and a luxurious yet cozy ambiance. The rooms were well-maintained, and the views of Melbourne were breathtaking. One of the standout features is the skydeck. The views from the top are absolutely stunning—panoramic cityscapes that stretch all the way to the horizon. Hotel is in a great location. Super close to everything, we walked each day of our stay to shops, cafes and restaurants. Room was quiet and comfortable. Small things that could have made the stay even better - extra blankets for the bed, there were only 4 coat hangers in total, additional towels for the pool would have been great. Whilst the apartment was clean people, perhaps permanent residents(?) left bags of rubbish each day out by the lift which accumulated and was a bit yucky. And on the top shelf of the wardrobe were some dirty sheets that had obviously been missed from previous guests.

The air con was efficient. It was very quiet considering that we were in a city. We enjoyed using the pool, sauna, and table tennis. Very close to the free trams. There are lots of local places to eat. The staff were polite, friendly, and professional. We were able to store our luggage for a while after check out, which was helpful.

I would recommend this place for a family of 4 or 5 in a 2 bedroom but highly recommend going for the bigger 2 bedroom option.
